Whether this is your first league match or you’re a returning competitor, CSSAL is here to provide a positive, supportive, and competitive environment where you can develop your skills and represent your club with pride.

• Remember to bring safety pins.

• Leave plenty of time for travel and arrive early as advised by your club.

• On arrival find your team area.

• Find your team manager and collect your number.

• Check when your event is and make sure you know when to start warming up.
