The Central and South of Scotland Athletics League (CSSAL) is proud to support and promote grassroots athletics across the heart of Scotland. Bringing together clubs from across Central and South Scotland, CSSAL provides competitive, inclusive, and development-focused track and field opportunities for young athletes.
Our league is built on community, sportsmanship, and progression. We aim to create a positive and encouraging environment where athletes of all abilities can develop their skills, represent their clubs with pride, and enjoy the experience of competition.
URGENT Division 2/3!! - Due to lack of graded officials we have had to combine a couple of events: 15:30 U16 Boys Discus will be combined with U16 Girls Discus and go at 12:30. The Senior Women SP at 15:30 will now be combined with U18W SP at 11:00. Thanks!
